SPOT is a basketball video analysis platform. This page summarizes how the game videos you upload and your account data are processed. This is a Phase 1 preview; final legal texts will be updated at launch.
What data we process
Your account details (name, email), the game videos you upload, and the analysis outputs derived from them (player detection, shot events, statistics, highlight clips). Videos are processed solely for analysis.
Your videos are yours
The videos you upload and the highlights produced belong to you. We do not share your content with third parties or use it for advertising. You can delete your videos and data at any time after analysis.
Your data rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and object to the processing of your data. For requests, write to the contact address below.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and access is limited to people authorized on your account. In coach accounts, player data is visible only to the relevant team manager.
